By using this website or engaging Index Nations for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Index Nations provides website design, hosting coordination, and search/AI-visibility marketing services as described on this site. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment

Website build fees are due as agreed upon at project start. Maintenance fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual prepayment discounts apply only to maintenance fees, not to one-time build fees.

Cancellation

Monthly maintenance may be cancelled at any time with written notice. Annual prepayments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

What Happens If Maintenance Lapses

The one-time website build fee covers the site itself, permanently, regardless of the status of any maintenance subscription. If a maintenance subscription is cancelled, lapses due to failed payment, or is not renewed, the website will remain live and accessible online as-is. Index Nations will stop performing active maintenance — including hosting management, monitoring, security updates, backups, and content edits — as of the date maintenance ends.

Upon request, Index Nations will provide the client with a full copy of the website's files so the client may self-host or transfer service to another provider. This transfer is provided as a courtesy and may be subject to a reasonable processing fee for time and resources.

Ownership

Upon full payment of the website build fee, the client owns the delivered website files and content, excluding any third-party licensed assets (fonts, stock imagery, etc.) which remain subject to their original licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

Index Nations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
