FAQ

Straight answers, no runaround.

How long does a build take?

Most sites launch in 2–4 weeks depending on scope — content-heavy or multi-page builds run longer.

What's included in the $2,500/year maintenance?

Hosting, uptime monitoring, security updates, monthly backups, ongoing visibility upkeep, minor content edits, and a monthly performance report.

Do you just design sites, or make sure people actually find them?

Both — every site we build is made to actually get found, including by AI, not just designed to look good.

Can I pay monthly instead of annually?

Yes. Monthly maintenance is billed at standard rate; paying the full year upfront gets a 10% discount on the maintenance fee only.

What happens if I stop paying for maintenance?

Your site stays live and accessible — the build fee covers the site itself, permanently. We simply stop performing active maintenance, and can hand over your files on request.

Do I need a consultation before I can buy?

We recommend it. A free consultation lets us understand your project before any payment happens — though direct payment links are available for clients who've already spoken with us.

I already have a website. Can you work with it?

Yes. We can rebuild an existing site using your current code as the starting point, typically starting at $3,800–$4,200 depending on scope.

Do you write ongoing content for my site?

We offer monthly content retainers starting at $350/month, or single articles starting at $150 each, if you'd rather not write ongoing content yourself.

How quickly will I hear back after reaching out?

Please allow 24–72 hours for a response due to high volume.

Do you work with businesses outside your local area?

Yes. Index Nations works with clients remotely, regardless of location.
